Teacher caught on camera having sex with a student

Is quite unfortunate that something like this has been happening, but my question goes with this: (1)how old is the student? how does it took place isn’t by agreement or rape? if i may say about what we be the action toward this incident. sylogically, (1) with the action that i see in the image is not rape and also with the style of intercourse the student gave to her teacher that shows that she is matured, so therefore i put it under the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic Nigeria that the man should be discharge and acquitted.

what a shameful teacher having sex in the Classroom what does he teach his student in the class.
can you imagine such a concomitant,she has been doing it,if not, fear would have gripped her and would have run away from such act.she was not force ,so is an agreement.the man will not be blame.
